Our most popular include White Oak, White Ash, Cherry, Walnut, Maple, Poplar, Mahogany, Birch, Okoume, Acacia, Mindy, Rubber, Mango are imported from US, Europe, Canada, Italy, China. We always reserve 1.5 million m2 in the warehouse.
The logs are legally harvested and imported from the biggest forests all over the world such as Europe, America, Canada, and Newzealand, always available 2000 m. The logs are soaked and preserved in the big tanks to maintain and ensure the best quality and keeing a light color all year round.
Long Viet veneer factory also invests in MDF Long Viet Dak Nong and PB Long Viet. The boards thicknesses from 2.5 mm to 25 mm amd the sizes 4’x8′, 5’x8′, and 6’x8′. This is very convenient for customers who buy MDF at our factory to shorten the delivery time and save the fee of transportation. Our MDF warehouse always reserves MDF, Particle board with the thickness 2.5, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 17,18, 21, 25 mm to seve all the customers’ demand.
Cremona Slicer and dryer machinery systems are imported from Italy and Japan. 8 slicers and 1 peeling machine produce 8 million m2 /year. With thicknesses from 0.2mm to 2mm, we always satisfy all the orders of our customers.
Clipping and splicing station is equipped with many modern machinery from Kupper and Innovator. Our company has just installed and operated the veneer line of splicing called Fisher Rucker from Germany. This splicer produces a high capacity and avoids the gaps and double lines of veneer, so we can splice and sell veneer in panel size.
We have 8 pressing lines; one of them is used for pressing the sample orders to ensure sample deliveries are received within 1 day. Our capacity of 15,000 m2 /day can satisfy the customers’ needs.
Cutting station uses the CNC machine Model 2015 to optimize the use of cutting board and reduce the loss o board waste. We wil cut the board for free if the customers buy MDF from our company.
QC team with 20 peope with 14 years of experience in raw wood materials closely control each stage of manufacturing and carefully check each part of the products. They follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
