Long Viet Corporation is a wholly owned and private Vietnamese company that was created in 2004. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we are proud to state that we are the leading supplier of Vietnamese manufactured artificial products such as Plywood, PB, MDF, and flooring board. We are also a leading supplier of wood panel products with laminated surface decorations such as: veneers, melamine, laminate, film coating, paper, UV painting Birch, panoramic profile doors, kitchen cabinets box and drawers. Long Viet is a leading supplier of laminated veneer sheets of 4′ x 8′ for the top and bottom sides of plywood to the US and Middle East markets.
Being located in an area with abundant raw materials Long Viet has invested in developing and expanding high-quality artificial boards to export to customers of any size, and within the framework of ANY requirements that our customers may have.

Long Viet Veneer Technology Joint Stock Company, in address Chieu Lieu Hamlet, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province: includes a veneer factory established in 2004; and casegoods furniture factory was established in 2017.
Long Viet Plywood Technology Joint Stock Company, in address Road No. 3, Tam Phuoc Industrial Park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai: includes PB board factory and Plywood factory established in 2015.
PB Long Viet Wood Industry Joint Stock Company, in address: Xuan Thanh, Xuan Loc, Dong Nai. The factory produces rotary/ peeling veneer materials, and drying Rubber wood and Acacia veneers to supply Long Viet Plywood factory.
Long Viet Plywood factory – Dong Nai is located in the raw material center of south Vietnam and is tin he largest raw wood area in Vietnam with an abundant and stable source of Rubber and Acacia wood materials all year round. It is also located in an area where there are large export casegoods furniture and kitchen cabinet companies that use a great deal of plywood boards in the area: Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Ho Chi Minh more than 65% of the country’s export value.
The factory location is conveniently located to seaports such as Cat Lai Port, Cai Mep; both very convenient for the delivery and receipt of import and export container goods. It is also only 50 kilometers from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, making factory visits easy for our welcome guests and customers.
Long Viet machinery is synchronous, closed machinery and equipment lines and production technology from rotary veneer peeling, veneer drying, sheet pressing, cold pressing, hot pressing and sanding machine technologies.
Our plywood panel products have specifications of 1220mm x 2440mm (4 x 8) and 1525mm x 1525mm (5 x 5) with thickness ranging from 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 21mm, 24mm, 25mm… core uses many layers of veneer with thickness from 1.5mm to 2mm, as well as HDF 1.8mm for surfaces.
The core plywood (Platform plywood) has blended Rubberwood Eucalyptus, 100% Rubberwood, blended Rubberwood and Acacia types with flexible options and industry leading competitive prices and values.
The process of producing core plywood/ Platform plywood is as follows: the veneer material is dried on a dryer, the veneer panels are sewn using a composing machine, tenderzider and finger machine… to avoid corevoid and overlap problems for a more beautiful face and surface.
Besides ensuring a stable quality source of raw materials, we also use Carb P2 glue from high quality suppliers such as Teckcam and Aica Carb P2 glue. We also have anti-moisture boards to make flooring using phenolic and melamine glue.
Laminated surfaces decoration:
We have Rotary Birch 0.3& 0.5mm with C, D+, D, and E grade standards.
0.5mm Rotary Poplar Veneer grade A+, A, AB; Okume veneer, and EV veneer.
Sliced veneers with a thickness of 0.3mm and 0.6mm such as White Oak, Red Oak, Wheat Oak, Cherry, White Maple, Walnut, White Ash… are sewn into cut sheets on double knife machines, and sewn on crossfeet machines from Fisher Ruckle, laminated Platform surface and sanded grit # 320-400.
In addition, there are other surface decoration products such as melamine, laminate, film coating, paper, UV painting birch readily available.
In particular, our factory’s plywood panels are very popular when used in UV painting in the kitchen cabinet industry, because the quality of the panels is always very flat and the thickness is always uniform with regard to thickness on a package of panels and batch a production.
Current production capacity is 5000m³ – 7000m³/ month, Plywood Long Viet company has exported directly to major customers in the US market, as well as large kitchen cabinet factories for Master Brand supply chain approved the use of Long Viet plywood to produce kitchen cabinets in Vietnam factories.
Long Viet products are TSCA Tilte IV CARB P2 certified, the factory is managed according to the ISO 9001-2015 system, 5S systerm, with an internal laboratory to evaluate and test the quality of products. Products are produced daily and offer test results reports for each shipment. The factory also has an FSC certificate to manage legal input materials for all of our products.
